Our mission is to help you start a business so you can change the world.

Working with a group of veteran business owners and entrepreneurs we created a system that does just that. We call it – 5 Step Business Start. We're not interested in business theory or jargon, but in helping you to get your business to do what you want it to do.

5 Step Business Start gives you that practical help in the right direction to get started and with a bit a tweaking here and there to insure a smooth and successful launch of your business.

what you will learn

define it

In Step 1 -Define It you will learn how to articulate your idea in business terms and business structure by answering 8 questions. Once this step is completed, you will know what the business is about – the need it meets, the problem it solves, what differentiates your business from your competition, and how the business will generate income.

research it

In Step 2, Research It, you learn the difference between primary and secondary research and how to utilize research tools. Research is the key that guides your decision-making, identifies opportunities in the market, and helps you develop strategies to beat the competition.

plan it

The first person your plan has to convince that the business is a worthwhile investment is YOU. In Step 3, Plan It, you will develop the three elements of your business plan: the Marketing Plan, Operations Plan & Financial Plan.

STAGE IT

In Step 4, Stage It, you will learn how to identify & secure financing, find a location if appropriate, create your branding, and more. Buiding on the data and information from Define It, Research It and Plan It you will put into place the legal requirements, finances, and space required to establish your business.

START IT

There is one critical consideration that remains. Planning is one thing, executing is another. Clearly defined goals and action steps, assigning who is responsible for what, and designating a time frame for activities to be completed are the keys to execution. Setting goals, hiring staff, and day-to-day management are covered in Step 5 – Start It.
